Gifted Plus Equity Conference

The TAGT Gifted Plus Conference: Serving the Underserved is geared towards the educators who work tirelessly to ensure equitable access for all gifted students. Sessions will focus on at least one of the four main tracks.Twice Exceptional (gifted and another exceptionality)

• Underserved Populations (low SES, minorities)
• English Language Learners (ELL)
• Additional Qualifiers (Homeless, Military, Girls, LGBTQ, Profoundly Gifted, etc.)

Additionally, we focus on strategies and support for those who work with these students, including wellness and stress techniques, identification and curriculum best practices, and a chance to network and learn from other educators. We invite gifted teachers, special education teachers, parents, and anyone else with a vested interest in serving these special populations to join us for this intimate, practical conference.
